About the Role:
As a Business Analyst at Ripik.AI, you will sit at the centre of how our AI products meet our customers' factory floors. You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to understand business problems, translate them into clear specifications, and help bring our solutions to life for some of the largest industrial enterprises in India and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements from internal teams and customers, and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
- Document specifications and ensure successful project delivery in partnership with product and engineering.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to define requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Introduce existing product solutions and run product demos for prospects and clients — confidently walk CXOs, plant heads, and digital teams through Ripik's capabilities and use cases.
- Map client expectations to existing product functionality and flag gaps to the product team.
- Lead value discovery with clients — identify high-impact use cases, quantify ROI, and build business cases that translate AI capability into measurable business value.
- Prepare client proposals and commercial documents — customised solution narratives that map Ripik's capabilities to each customer's priorities.
- Openness to travel to customer plants and sites across India for stakeholder engagement, workshops, and on-ground deployment support.
- Build a strong understanding of how AI and software are transforming heavy industry — and become a credible voice for Ripik in customer conversations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Graduate from Delhi University with an Honours degree in Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science (other quantitative honours degrees also welcome).
- 0–2 years of experience — fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills — you can break down ambiguous problems into structured, solvable pieces.
- Strong communication skills — able to write clearly, present confidently, and explain complex ideas simply.
- Strong understanding of business processes and a genuine curiosity about technology.
- Comfort with data — Excel is essential; familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a strong plus.
